Nice one fella. There sales does seem to have gone down a storm with blokes like us. When I was in there a few weeks back they had tons of different shirts that were part of this deal too and ended up with just the one Madras but got a lovely striped pop-over and a great short sleeve Oxford. At these prices though you can't fail.

Seen those suits mate. Very Connery 007 or Napoleon Solo. Especially this one. Well played fella.

Am keen to see it but not screening anywhere here yet. More than anything shocked by how they managed to get away with using an almost exact copy of the opening bars of THE PERSUADERS! by John Barry for the theme.

Films / TV / Re: Seen any good films recently?

Tarantino would only have been 5/6 years old in the period in which the film is set. From what I understand the film is a kinda 'love letter' to that era as viewed through his own eyes perhaps as a kid a little older in the 1970s seeing the sort of films, actors and TV shows he uses as marker points in the movie who would have been at their peak or height of fame in the late '60s. May be a bit rose-tinted and that is understandable as we will all agree.  I'm sure if we were in his position we'd be making films similiarly but I am keen to see it.

Yeah it's funny the very early days of that sort of Ivy style in the 20s/30s when heavy knitwear was often part of sportswear for college lads. Lots of photos from that era with guys on track or even boxing/sparring wearing heavy jumpers so get that comparison. However I'd certainly give that button-up one a swerve. Great to bring it to our attention though because as you some guys may really like the look of them.....just not Johnny!!

That is a bloody stunner mate. Hope the fit and all works out for you. One of the nicest they offer I think. Saw a bloke in one a while back and I couldn't take my eyes off it. Well played fella.
