G-R-E-A-T!!! Talk about Townshend's machine gun moves.

Just one thing I don't get: How in the world can most of the patrons resist the urge to dance?

That was exactly my reaction too, sidney. When the camera panned to the audience, I expected to see a sea of dancers, chewing gum at 100 mph and sweating like Elvis in Vegas!! Weird  :o

Listen to this infectious, latin inflected garage stomper by Pérez Prado's Orchestra (of mambo fame) no less. Pay attention too to the crazy, unbelievably un-PC clip (from a long forgotten 60s exploitation flick), with the blonde lady balancing a cup over her breast and kitsch latin props all around

Nice wee vid of Brighton last year.

Worth it for the Larry Frazier and Curtis soundtrack alone.
