A couple of minutes of late 60s Carnaby Street. The thing I found interesting about this clip was the quality, it felt more contemporary and didnt have that feeling of "then" that one would get with more grainy period footage - for me anyway:

Edit: I wrote this late nght, Ill try again now that Im properly awake: what I meant was that this clip gave an unusually strong feeling of here and now (apart from the music and voiceover)

Some cool clips of Nancy Wilson at the peak of her beauty and her vocal powers, dig especially her numbers in "I spy":

The Gerald Wilson orchestra in their prime, with a great big band rendition of the classic MD's "Milestones" (plus fragments of their signature theme "Blues for Yna Yna"). Oddly, Gerald Wilson himself takes the first solo on trumpet. Big band hard bop at its best:

A great clip by the Cannonball Adderley Sextet, '63 vintage, playing "The Jive Samba". Added bonus is a cool flute solo by Yusef Lateef, and a setting that seems straight out of a Reid Miles cover.

Not mod but if youre into shelves full of records then Vinyl Factory could be your thing - they talk to various collectors/DJs, report on labels and have some nice videos about local record shops in various parts of the world .Might be worth a look: https://www.youtube.com/user/vfeditions
