The most mod biscuit has got to be the biscotti - it goes perfectly with a cappuccino, surely the preferred hot beverage of any Face!

Surprised none of our Scottish members have patriotically voted for the Tunnock's Tea Cake.

I voted Custard Cream for its understated elegance.
I am however a massive Jaffa Cake fan, surely the most forward thinking of biscuits.

I do love a Jaffa Cake and will, usually after a few too many beers, consume a double pack. Not sure if they are cakes or biscuits though?

Defo a cake!

If you leave a biscuit out of the airtight container it will go soft but a cake will go hard.

Guy walks intae the 1 Bakers

Asks the girl behind the counter.

"Much for that"

"1" she says

"Much for that one"

"1" she says

"What about that one"

"1 for everything, that's why we are called the 1 Bakers" she says

"Ok,  I'll take one of them" he says

"2" she says

I want to re-tell it but I'm struggling with an urge to do it in a Scottish accent.

Just to resurrect this thread to add a recent find of mine. Not strictly a biscuit but a great toast topper or even something nice to eat with a spoon. Every biscuit aficionado should give this a whirl
