That Reiss one is lovely! Hoever beware buying herringbone overcoats especially in that colour as they are hard to match, unless you wear balck that is (like that model, looks like they are at a funaral what with all the dark greys and black).

Perfect timing too, Darren, as the new Uniqlo coats look really nice. First, this Ines de la Fressange/Uqlo collab. for 129 , in navy blue too. A pity it's a poly/wool mix:

But the best buy has to go to this wool/cashmere number. I myself would be tempted, if not it's cos I got a camel-hair crombie that's very similar. For 149 I'd pay the extra bucks and go for it (in navy and black too):

How about this new COS coat? Some brands, as is the case, seem to be making larger coats for this fall/winter and while burgundy isn't your average colour for a coat, it looks fine to me.

A cheaper option, also COS, in another seldom seen colour -green. But I warn you, this is shorter:

Anyone on here got one of the JTG raincoats by chance? https://jumpthegun.co.uk/product/jtg-raincoat-beige/  Had a few bits off them over the years(suits and knits)and all been good.Weather is usually pretty warm where i am in Oz so don't get much call for overcoats but a lightish raincoat would come in handy from time to time,so wouldn't mind a review/recommendation before i take the plunge as long way to send back!Cheers!
