Same here! I've got a lot of cardigans:
Art Gallery Cable Knit (more on the skinhead side)
Art Gallery merino with leather buttons
A couple of Argyle patterned in navy and grey
Gabicci in royal blue (as seen in "The Firm, slim fit)
Brooksfield in navy, regular fit
and the Lyle&Scott pictured below, my favourite!

I do wear them either over a shirt&tie combo or a buttoned up polo shirt

Looking sharp! Been considering one of these L&S cardi's myself recently, but never bought from them before - do they run true to size or did you go up a size? I've heard a few conflicting opinions.

I'm a 38 but I'm quite slim, I'm a Medium in L&S (either polos or knitwear). This cardigan is a M and  has a snug fit
Broad minds, narrow ties

As discussed of late the whole controversy surrounding the dreaded, or not, Cardigan amongst our merry band. Not much of a picture poster as you know but wanted to show, I hope, that even a fella in his mid 50s can pull off a cardie without looking too much like a Grandad. As promised to GS the Smart Weston vintage corduroy fronted one. Then a GUS from ART GALLERY both accompanied with a Mikkell Rude shirt and LVC 501s. Then a cheap as you like eBay Shawl Collar about £20 a few years back with a Uniqlo sweat. Finally a Zara zipper cardie that I liked as it reminded me a bit of the ones from OUR MAN FLINT but finding it increasingly reminds me of a 'Casual' trackie top. Anyhow cardies for every occassion and not just Christmas!

Hi Martin,

First post from me for a while, been mad busy at work and home.

Anyway just ordered the Art Gallery Cardi in tan in the sale. How is the fit on this? I'm a regular 40" so went with the medium. Looking forward to receiving it along with the pipe of course.

Hope you're well mate!

Woody! Reckon you'll be good with a medium. That's what I usually have. Best of luck.

Nice one mate. They sometimes come up on eBay too so that's worth a look. Glad it fits too.

If you find it, don't forget to order a second pipe that matches it!  ;)
