This one looked quality, but could never bring myself to justify the price tag:

(Opted for a copy of "Aim High" instead...)

:o I coughed when I saw the price then, though it obviously looks like a quality production. So the 'Collector' edition is 295, just out of interest do you know how much the 'Deluxe' version was going for Mike?
I can't remember off hand, I believe it was in the 500$ range when it was available... but here's one for $1,500.00!

Jesus wept; it's a shame they've only got 1 copy left, I could have ordered 2 and let you have one, eh Mike  ;)

I'm sad now... :(

Slightly off topic, but this is what grinds me about these "Limited Special Editions" whether it's these books or Record Store day items... "Non Fans"  will hoard these items, and then re-sell them at ridiculous mark ups. That's why I swore off RSD years ago. Was looking for a particular low volume box set, missed it at every store I hit, came home by noon they were popping up on eBay at 3X's the price...
On Topic: Back to the limited edition, 340 GBP might seem high, but for quality printed art book, that's not unusual/unheard of.

It's also happening with clobber, Mike, for instance Supreme stuff sells out in minutes only to resurface hours later on ebay at outrageous prices. Ditto with ltd edition's trainers

I know what you mean; it does my head in too.

I'm currently winning an auction on eBay for an album released on RSD but there's still a few days to go, so I'm not holding my breath. I've set a limit I'll go up to but I won't get involved in a bidding war. Usually these are up in a set sale at ridiculous prices but this is reasonably priced so we'll see how it goes.

Sneakers I'm aware of, don't get it, but I know collectors. "Supreme" makes zero sense to me. Like I said before, I'm not a fan of streetwear in general, but that gear is even less interesting to me than most.  So it's lost on me ???

Tbh, they used to include in their mostly awful collections the odd jaw-dropping Duffer-style top. Hardly coherent, I know  :o
