England are currently 0-1 down , tonite we need a win. .Come on England !! 8)

. .meanwhile , in Northern Britain Scotland are hammering Malta 1-0 :D

Good results all round last night. England beating Slovakia did us both a favour, Mr B; gives Scotland a chance at the runner-up spot and helps Norn Iron in terms of what pot we'll be in for the play-off draw

Be great to see all home nations + rep ire get through, I can't remember the last time that happened....has it ever happened?

Not in my time, Daz. Only Scotland were absent at the Euros, but I think that's maybe as close as it's came in the modern era

Scotland were posted missing for a while but we might have turned the corner if we can find a couple of centre halves and maybe a decent RB , then world domination could be possible. . ;) 8)

Tierney is a decent right back - even if he is really a left back.

Ralston might be an option soon n'aw.

The centre half options ur shockin' tho'.
That might be an option for wee Gordon hopefully as there isnae much else , unless he brings in Kirk Bigotfoot and plays him there , out of position as Rangers always did. . ;D

Wid be the same logic that saw Danny McGrain play left back fur Scotland even tho' he wis a better right back than Sandy Jardine (who wis a decent player n'aw admittedly).

Only way tae huv a decent full back pairin'..

Arses well & truly felt in the Champions League last night.

Thought we showed PSG too much respect n' didnae get stuck in enough.  Also we played too open a style n' shoulda jist gone ultra defensive.

Totally outclassed tho'

Only highlight fae a Celtic perspective wis Neymar gettin' booked fur divin'.

A phenomenally talented laddie, but a despicable, classless little pr1ck ay a human bein'.  A fact highlighted by his refusin' tae shake hands oan the final whistle.

Ah wouldnae shed any tears if somebody ended his career wi' a leg breakin' tackle.  (After he's smashed some goals past Anderlecht).

They put the Arsenal supporters to shame, Laird, even if half of them weren't supposed to be in the stadium!  ;)
