I've noticed that the Laird has been awol for a while and wondered whether his absence might have been linked to the recent demise of the Hoops.
I did think about the both of you yesterday when I saw the result. I'm sure I heard it was the first time St. Mirren had won at Parkhead for quite a long time.
Yes Chilli buddie , we are living in strange times - l feel like l am 16 again as petrol is cheap , l cannot legally buy a pint in a pub , l am grounded and Saints win their first game at Parkhead in about 30yrs whilst no Saints player was sent off and Celtic got no penalties( and only 4minutes injury time).
Of course back in 1990 , the first goal was scored by Gunni , the second by Geordie Shaw , the third by Paul Lambert the finest of them aw , no goals were scored by Celtic and 3nil was the final score and you couldnae hear the soldiers song for the Saints Go Marching ln . .
