Now this is a curio: on the surface, just a nice paisley BD shirt -I owned one with a similar dark paisley pattern some 30 years ago and I loved it-, but the unexpected corduroy fabric gives it the edge:

Too expensive for a shirt, tho': 260 .

nice looking GS, too bad they went with what looks like a 2 finger collar. :-\

I have thin fingers . .l could probably fetch 3 in l'm sure.

I'd say it's a 2 1/2 fingers' collar. The roll looks OK to me.

I'm well served in this department, but I really like some of these Milano watches: they've got a timeless (no pun intended), unfussy look that suggests the 60s without being overtly retro. And they're fairly cheap for a watch:

I've never got any Abercrombie and Fitch stuff so can't comment on quality or fit but I like the pattern. OK for 58 I reckon

It's a brand doing some interesting, classic stuff lately. Their striped polo cardies were pretty succesful among forumees and quality is decent for the price. I guess this will apply to shirts too (100% cotton), but I find their collars a bit on the small side for me (more 2 fingers than 3) and ALL of them lack those classic details I love, like the back button collar, the central pleat or the locker loop.

If you can overcome these drawbacks, besides the shirts they have also some nice madras, chambray and plain cotton popovers with heavy reductions right now; and I mean "heavy": some of them retail for just 16 :

Certainly a bit different,  Leon. I dunno if I would wear it , maybe better suited to a younger person .

Since mr. Bond's heads-up, I keep an eye on River Island's stuff, and right now there are a couple of nice fall/winter garments there. Of course, at those prices man made fibres rule supreme, which is a pity in the case of such a good looking coat.

The main problem with the rollneck is the annoying chest bee logo:
