Tyrannosaur last Friday. Harrowing, upsetting, compelling, awesome.

Great film! Very dark but brilliantly done.

Watched a decent French thriller at the weekend - (bought it on DVD)... Le Cercle Rouge from 1970 starring Alain Delon.

If you're into French stylish gangster movies, i do recommend this.

Recently got La Samouria (1967) starring Alain Delon which is also a stylish French movie; picked up cheaply on ebay, brand new copy too.
And will you shorten the sleeves, love? I'm not a gorilla.

The Last Detail
Jack Nicholson, Otis Young and a very young Randy Quaid. Last watched maybe 30 years ago even better than I remembered
Oh, my stars that fall like ashen memories amidst the trees
Then burst like leper sunsets on the shore

Villain
Starring Richard Burton and Ian McShane
Great film & not often mentioned in British crime movies to watch.

Brannigan staring John Wayne of all people is worth seeing.

Saw 'Flight' a while ago, Denzel Washington is brilliant in it. Also a few decent numbers from the soundtrack

I watched Deliverance last week. I tuned in thinking it was just like City Slickers....untill the rape scene.
