Seen any good films recently?

Finally got around to watching "Harold & Maude". Shouldn't have waited so long - loved it.
A near 80 year old Ruth Gordon is mesmerising and there's a surprisingly good Cat Stevens soundtrack.
Definitely recommended.

I saw it for the first time last year and wondered how many youngsters watched it in 1961 thinking, wow, they look cool, I want to dress like that and talk about jazz and drink espresso and dance all night in basement clubs. I reckon this is the ultimate mod movie. Discuss

Tyrannosaur last Friday. Harrowing, upsetting, compelling, awesome.

Agreed. Very black, and certainly no Rom Com. Anyway else catch the movie on Channel 4 last night with the 2 ex soldiers. Kind of like a modern day Wicker Man (not the American re-make with Nicholas Cage either which was dire). That was also very disturbing not to say violent with a nasty twist at the end.
